As a young chess club, we are extremely proud that our own Rudolf Tirziman (Blanchardstown, u18) and Danny Dwyer (Blanchardstown, u10s) are part of the Irish Squad selected to represent the country in the World Juniors. We wish them well in the event which starts today.

The WYCC 2015 runs from October 25th to November 5th in Porto Carras, Halkidiki, Greece.
Ireland is represented by Rudolf Tirziman and Eibhia Ni Muireagain (U18), Conor Maher, Diana Mirza and Agustin Plaza Reino (U16), Ross Beatty, Mercedes Plaza Reino, Alex Byrne, Michael Higgins and Fiachra Scallan (U14), Adam Murphy, Dayna Fergusson, Stephen Higgins and Ciaran Walsh (U12), Daniel Dwyer, Anjali Walsh and Admira Kecskemeti (U10) and Arnold Kecskemeti (U08), 16 players in all.
