The Committee was elected at the AGM of June 29th, 2017 for the year to end June 2018 or until a following AGM is held.
The 3rd event in the Grand Prix series apparently is scheduled for April 23rd in ALSAA. That is the same date and venue on which the final round of the Leinster Leagues is due to be held. As I fear that the venue would be unable to host the two events simultaneously can you please confirm the arrangements for the Grand Prix?
Hi Fred;
The venue was originally booked to accommodate both LCU events on the same day. The League was upstairs and the Grand Prix in a smaller room downstairs.
This would have been fine if we had the same numbers as last year (approximately 50). However since the first two grand Prix events attracted over 100 participants each we’ve decided to move the Grand Prix to a nearby hotel i.e. The Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel; Old Airport Road, Cloghran, K67P5C7, Dublin .
