It was not the best of nights yesterday. 1. New prospective member Daniel tried to make his way to the Club, got held up by an accident, before realising that one estate looks very much like another in the dark and got lost. He’ll try again, and we look forward to making him welcome…..so close! 2. Stefan, all on his ownsome, held a little tournament, ……and just missed out on a podium finish; …..so quite close! 3. The silence from the Dun Laoghire seafront did not bode well and the news that the Armstrong team lost 5-3 made it an unwelcome hat-trick. …not close enough! but well done guys, another three vital points.
