Annual General Meeting – July 4th

All players are invited to attend the club AGM, which will be held at Brady’s Castleknock at 8pm – 9pm on July 4th

A new committee will be approved by the AGM to run the club until a next agm.

1. Officers reports(Chair, Treasurer, Other)
2. Motions and policy decisions

3. Appointment of Senior team captains

Armstrong; OHanlon; Bodley

4. Club Committee nominations and election

It is proposed to fill: chair, secretary, treasurer, event organiser, Senior chess club coach (2 positions), child protection officer and any other position decided at AGM.

Club will also appoint Governance Committee (3 committee members) to oversee Child Protection issues, in line with Club Constitution.
