4 Appointment of Child Protection committee
This exists to support the Child Protection officer in their role and consists of Chair, Secretary and Child Protection officer. It is reappointed annually at AGM.
5 Discussion of FEE Structure for 2025/26
- Proposal is for fees to go forward unchanged for 2025/26
- AGM should confirm if Girls are to continue to have a lower fee and set that if so
- Free membership if introduced proposal:
- Those above FIDE 2000

- Payment of ICU membership
