The club committee has appointed Jacopo Panunzio as Junior Club captain for the season 2022/23.
In selecting Jacopo, the committee noted:
- the excellence of Jacopo’s enthusiasm for his club, his participation in many of our training and chess events, his attention to detail and interest in improving his own play and that of others
- the enthusiasm he has brought to teams he has played on
- the gentle manner in which he speaks to adults and juniors alike in the club
